Acceptable use

SecureCrypt may not be used to share illegal content or to circumvent legal obligations. You are responsible for all content you encrypt and share using the service.

Alpha disclaimer

SecureCrypt is currently in alpha. The chain may be reset at any time. Do not rely on it as your sole copy of important data. We provide no uptime guarantees during alpha.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed by Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per Paddle's refund policy.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for data loss arising from chain resets, user key loss, or client-side encryption errors. The client encrypts files locally using documented, industry-standard algorithms (AES-256-GCM, RSA-2048, Argon2id). Every audit trail entry includes cryptographic signatures and block hashes that can be independently verified against the public chain without requiring access to the application source code.
